Pathfinders INET Africa exists for the purpose of building leaders of outstanding performance and excellence who have the capacity to create environments where others have opportunities to fulfil their full potentials.
In Pathfinders INET Africa, we wake-up every morning with great desire and excitement to add value to people and impact our society. Our passion is to see a society of no leadership deficit. We envisage a future where those in the positions of leadership see, understand and embrace leadership as service, also imbibe the spirit in them, and as such offer them themselves as servants. A future where there’s excellent leaders in all sectors. We see a future where leaders make sacrifices without expectation of immediate rewards. We see a future where people are no longer being promised of great future, but the future being promised of a great people. We believe this future is possible in Nigeria. This future is possible in Africa. This future is possible in every human society.
It is our belief in the possibility of this future that gave birth to Pathfinders INET Africa, an organization its purpose is to combat leadership deficit and failure through leadership capital development of young people and emerging leaders. It is our utmost belief in the possibility of this future that makes us wake-up every morning thinking on how we can invest in the leadership development of the young people. We are very conscious of enormity of this vision and know that we should be guided upon principles and values. With this understanding, we therefore entrenched the following values as our guiding principles.

WHAT WE DO AND HOW WE DO IT:

In Pathfinders INET Africa, we adopt four strategic methods in carrying out our mission.
1. We discover leaders.

*Pathfinders INET Africa lunched her first programme titled EMERGING LEADERS ROUNDTABLE on 21st September 2016. This is a programme that gathers the youth together to share ideas, discussions, and inspirations that would enrich their understanding on leadership. This programme helps the youth gain insights into fundamental principles, values and qualities of good leadership in the 21st century, through which their minds can be reformed and transformed. This is a strategy to change the misconceptions many hold about leadership. During our first four months of impacting the youth through this programme, by February 2017, we were spotted by Kapital FM Abuja and were featured on “ZERO TO HERO PROGRAMME”, Radio Network Programme. After the radio programme, we collaborated with FCT Secondary Education Board in carrying out Ethics & Leadership Development Programme, another version of our leadership development strategy called “CATCH THEM YOUNG” for Senior Secondary Schools. This programme commenced since 2017, where 18 schools and over 3000 students have been directly impacted through our leadership training and development in the FCT. This programme aims at teaching and developing young people on leadership. We started in the FCT because that’s where we are located for now, while we work towards expanding to other states of the country between 2021 to 2023 and finally institutionalize leadership development clubs in secondary schools across the country. The club would be a platform for young people leadership development.
All we want to see is a society of no leadership deficit. That’s what we are doing and how we are combating leadership deficit in the country.

capacity to create the environment for citizens to fulfil their full potentials.

MISSION

To discover, inspire and empower people to become outstanding leaders that
would participate in and contribute to all aspects of life for the benefit of our
society in general.
